Accessibility statement

MenuWays Ltd. is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to learn about our products and contact us independently and with dignity.

Standards and laws

We design this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

  • Israel: the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, together with Israeli Standard SI 5568 for web content accessibility, which is based on WCAG.
  • United States: Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the WCAG-based expectations of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We are working toward full conformance and fixing issues as we find them.

Accessibility features

  • A "Skip to content" link at the start of every page.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks and lists, so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
  • Full keyboard operation, including the mobile menu (Escape closes it), with a visible focus indicator.
  • Text alternatives for informative images; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Text contrast designed to meet WCAG AA.
  • A responsive layout that adapts to screen size and browser zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • Form fields with persistent labels and clear, text-based error messages, not color alone.
  • Reduced motion when your device is set to prefer it.
  • Links that open in a new tab say so for screen reader users.

Known limitations

  • Our products (IncrediChat, NadlanCRM, Gagzoo and TheChatStage) are separate websites with their own accessibility work. This statement covers this website only.
  • Product screenshots show other websites as they appear. Some of their content may not be fully described in text; each image has a short description of what it shows.

How we review this website

Last reviewed: October 28, 2026. Method: an automated scan with axe-core and a manual keyboard review of the main pages. We have not yet tested with a screen reader. We have found some issues and are fixing them, so we do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 level AA.
